Sleepwell Has Gone Virtual!

Due to COVID-19, we have followed the recommendations of Ottawa Public Health and have closed our Ottawa office. However, our staff are working diligently from home to assist you and ensure you’re supported during these challenging times. Looking for an apartment? No problem! Our rentals team is still conducting virtual tours for all of our available listings to make the rental process safer for you, our staff and our existing tenants. If you’re interested in a property that we have available for rent, follow these simple steps:
  1. Contact the rental agent by replying to the rental ad or putting through a showing request on our website.
  2. The rental agent for the property will send you a video tour and will schedule a time for a phone call with you to discuss details of the property and walk you through any questions that you may have.
  3. Request a link to the online rental application through your rental agent. The entire application process is contactless for your convenience and safety.
  4. If you’re approved for the unit, the lease will be sent to you to sign electronically. It’s that fast and easy!
