We are knowledgeable about the regulatory requirements associated with Condominium Corporation management, and up-to-date on relevant statutes and codes, particularly Ontario's Condominium Act of 1998. We manage all critical administrative and financial transactions, including collecting and depositing condominium fees, payment of property taxes, utilities, insurance, and other relevant invoices. We also draft and execute clear and binding contractor agreements. Monthly and annual audited financial statements, and budgets are prepared using best in class property management and accounting software and provided to your Board on a timely basis.
